This policy covers the marketing website only. If you become a paying customer, a separate agreement governs how we handle data within the Cafe Konnect product itself.

When you fill out our contact form or request access to a showcase app, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, restaurant or business name, the point-of-sale system you use, and any other details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URL. We use this only for basic security and site-operation purposes.
Site analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site, including our restaurant showcase pages. Clarity records how you interact with our pages — such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and how long you spend on each section — and uses that to produce heatmaps and session recordings that help us improve the Site. It also collects general technical information such as your browser, device type, and approximate location based on your IP address. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not captured by Clarity. Clarity is operated by Microsoft, which processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Third-party content on this Site
This Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may cause your browser to send your IP address to Google's servers as part of retrieving those font files.
